摘要
目的分析概述锝[^(99)Tc]亚甲基二膦酸盐(^(99)Tc-MDP)治疗骨质疏松症(OP)的药理作用和临床应用研究进展。方法通过检索PubMed、CBM、CNKI、万方、维普等国内外数据库,归纳总结有关^(99)Tc-MDP治疗OP的药理作用和临床研究。结果^(99)Tc-MDP具有抑制破骨细胞活性、影响细胞因子表达、促进骨形成等作用,目前广泛应用于各种原发性和继发性骨质疏松症。结论 ^(99)Tc-MDP用于治疗OP具有疗效好、不良反应少等优点,值得临床进一步推广。
To review the pharmacological effects and clinical application of Technetium[99Tc]methylenedi-phosphonate(99Tc-MDP)in the treatment of osteoporosis(OP).PubMed,CBM,CNKI and other domestic and foreign databases were used,the pharmacological effects and clinical application of99Tc-MDP treatment of OP were summarized.99T c-M D P has the effect of inhibiting the activity of osteoclast,affecting the expression of cytokines and promoting the bone formation,and is widely used in all kinds of primary and secondary OP.99Tc-MDP for the treatment of OP has the advantages of good curative effect and less adverse reaction,so it is worthy of further clinical promotion.
