摘要
近年来,随着免疫学的不断发展,新型免疫抑制剂的不断问世推动了器官移植的蓬勃发展,一些高效低毒的新型免疫抑制剂得到了开发和应用。研究开发作用于新靶点的新型免疫抑制剂仍是今后努力的方向。为了全面地了解免疫抑制剂的研究进展,现对细胞因子抑制剂、DNA合成抑制剂、单克隆抗体类免疫抑制剂等的作用机制及临床应用进行综述。
：With the development of immunology in recent years, many new immunosuppressive drugs have been discovered, which has promoted the prosperity of organ transplant, and some new efficient immunosuppressive drugs with low toxicity have been developed and applied. The goal of research of new immunosuppressive drugs still focuses on researching for new targets. Here is to make a review of the action mechanisms and clinical applications of some immunosuppressive drugs, such as cytokine inhibitors, DNA synthesis inhibitors and monoclonal antibody,etc, to get a good understanding of the research progress of the immunosup- pressive drugs.
