摘要
目的分析个性化护理在白血病患者化疗后口腔炎护理中的应用价值。方法选择2015年1月-2016年12月在我院接受化疗的白血病患者200例,按照就诊顺序将患者分成对照组及观察组,每组各100例,两组均给予常规护理措施,观察组联用个体化护理进行干预,对比两组患者口腔炎发生情况。结果观察组患者口腔炎发生率4.00%显著低于对照组的19.00%(P<0.05);观察组口腔炎缓解时间(8.56±1.29)d显著短于对照组的(12.85±1.35)d(P<0.05)。结论个性化护理在白血病患者化疗后口腔炎护理中的应用效果良好,值得进一步在临床应用及推广。
Objective To analyze the application value of personalized nursing in chemotherapy of patients with leukemia after nursing of stomatitis.Methods 200 patients with leukemia patients received chemotherapy from January 2015 to December 2016 in our hospital,they were randomly divided the patients into control group and observation group,100 cases in each group,two groups were given routine nursing care,the observation group was combined intervention with individual nursing care,two groups of patients the incidence of stomatitis was compared.Results Patients with stomatitis incidence 4%was significantly lower than the control group 19%(P<0.05).The relief time of stomatitis in observation group(8.56±1.29)d was significantly shorter than that in control group(12.85±1.35)d(P<0.05).Conclusion The good application effect of individualized nursing in chemotherapy of patients with leukemia after stomatitis care,worthy of further clinical application and promotion.
