摘要
目的:探讨和研究白血病患者口腔感染的程序化预防及护理新措施。方法选择我科自2011年5月~2012年12月收治的83例白血病患者的临床资料,进行口腔感染的程序化预防,并给予相适应的护理新措施干预。结果观察本组患者口腔感染情况发现,得到了程序化预防和护理新措施的口腔感染发生率明显降低,发生的口腔感染愈合率相对增高。结论正确有效的实行程序化预防口腔感染,对发生了口腔感染患者采取相适应的护理新措施,能有效的防治口腔感染,在临床护理工作中,具有重要意义。
Objective To explore and research of leukemia patients of oral infection of prevention and nursingmeasures.Methods the clinical data of 83 cases ofleukemia patients in our department from 2011 May to 2012 December were,the program of the prevention of the oral infection,and give the measures of nursing intervention to adapt to the new.Results in the observation of oral infection found in this group of patients,the program of prevention and nursingmeasures of oral infection rate decreased significantly,the healing rate was relatively higher than the oral infection.Conclusion correct and ef ective implementation of the program of prevention of oral infection of oralinfection,the new measures of nursing adapts,can prevent and cure oral ef ective infection,in the clinical nursing work,has the vital significance.
