摘要
目的:通过随机对照试验评价快速康复护理对改善椎间孔镜下腰椎间盘切除术后疼痛及生活质量的影响,为设定合理的椎间孔镜下腰椎间盘切除术后整体康复护理措施提供参考依据。方法:随机将患者分为观察组76例和对照组74例,对照组按照医院骨科康复护理常规进行护理,观察组在对照组常规护理基础上增加快速康复护理内容,包括术前饮食教育、术前健康教育、体位训练,术中护理、术后功能锻炼等。术后3个月对干预效果进行评价。结果:观察组疼痛改善及临床疗效明显优于对照组,观察组住院天数明显少于对照组。结论:临床快速康复护理对保证椎间孔镜下腰椎间盘切除术的效果具有重要意义。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of fast-track rehabilitation nursing on pain and life quality of percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy by randomized controlled trial,and to set and provide reference basis for integral rehabilitation nursing after percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy.Methods:To randomly divide patients into observation group of 76 cases and control group of 74 cases,and control group was given orthopedics routine rehabilitation nursing,while observation group,besides that,was added fast-track rehabilitation nursing,including preoperative diet education,preoperative health education,limb practice,intra-operative nursing and post-operative functional training,etc.To evaluate the intervention effect 3 months after surgery.Results:Pain relief and clinical effects in observation group were obviously better than those in control group,and hospital stays for observation group was obviously shorter than that in control group.Conclusion:Clinical fast-track rehabilitation nursing could be of great importance on the effect of percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy.
