摘要
随着抽水蓄能机组向高水头、大容量、高转速方向的发展以及十三五期间大批量投运,机组振动引起的厂房振动和噪声对电站长期安全稳定运行造成严重安全隐患问题日渐突出,并对运维人员的职业健康环境产生不利影响。本文在总结现场试验和测试数据的基础上,对引发蓄能机组水力振动问题的各个因素进行了分析总结,从项目建设单位、工程设计单位、主机生产单位及机组安装单位等不同角度给出了相应的工程控制措施,并对未来抽水蓄能电站机组选型、水力开发、结构型式等过程控制方面提出了建议。
Along with the development of pumped storage unit with high head, large capacity and fast speed and the operation of a large batch of such units during the "13 th Five-year Plan" period, there are severe potential safety hazards in long-term safe and stable operation of a power station due to vibration and noise in the powerhouse arising from unit vibration, causing adverse impacts on the occupational health of operation and maintenance personnel. This paper analyzes and summarizes various factors causing the hydraulic vibration of pumped storage unit based on summary of field test data, gives corresponding engineering control measures from the perspectives of engineering design institute, unit manufacturer, project employer and unit installation organization, and proposes suggestions on the process control of unit model selection, hydropower development and structural type of pumped storage power station in the future.
