低比转速转轮泄漏量对水电机组抬机的影响 被引量:13

摘要 转轮的泄漏量是引起水电机组抬机现象的原因之一。本文根据一低比转速混流式水轮机在电站运行实例及实测结果对其抬机现象进行了分析和CFD计算。研究结果表明产生抬机现象与转轮泄漏量大小有关 ,特别是低比转速混流式水轮机 。 The leakage rate of Francis runner is one reason causing the phenomenon of the lifting hydroelectric generator set.An example of experiment data of the low specific speed Francis turbine which is running on hydraulic power station is presented in this paper.The phenomenon of the lifting hydroelectric generator set has been analyzed by CFD tools.The research results indicate that there are relationships between the phenomenon of lifting set and the leakage rate of Francis runner.The sudden change of leakage rate of a low specific speed Francis turbine will specially cause the phenomenon of the lifting hydroelectric generator set.
