摘要
为探讨高职学生的自我效能感对心理健康的影响以及自尊的中介作用,本研究对542名高职学生的自我效能感、自尊和心理健康水平进行了调查。结果发现:(1)高职学生的自我效能感、自尊、心理健康之间存在显著正相关;(2)自尊在高职学生自我效能感对心理健康的影响中起完全中介作用。结论:高职学生自我效能感既直接影响心理健康,又通过自尊的中介作用间接影响心理健康。
This study aims to explore the effect of higher vocational college students'self-efficacy on mental health and the mediating effect of self-esteem by survey of the self-efficacy,self-esteem and mental health of542higher vocational college students.The results show the following:There is a significantly positive correlation among these students'self-efficacy,self-esteem and mental health;Their self-esteem fully mediates between their self-efficacy and mental health.The study concludes that higher vocational college students'self-efficacy has direct effect on their mental health,as well as indirect effect on their mental health through self-esteem.
