Key Technologies for Extrusion Forming Process of Internal Thread

摘要 目的研究内螺纹挤压变形规律及扭矩变化规律。方法通过设计内螺纹挤压丝锥,包括丝锥的小径、中径、大径和铲磨量,建立M12~M24内螺纹挤压丝锥的三维模型,在此基础上,通过对M12~M24内螺纹挤压过程进行数值模拟,以M18-2.5内螺纹挤压成形过程为例,分析冷挤压变形过程及其扭矩变化规律,并比较M12~M24挤压丝锥挤压成形仿真最大扭矩和理论最大扭矩。结果在内螺纹冷挤压数值模拟中,变形过程及扭矩变化和理论一致,仿真最大扭矩变化范围为37~190 N·m,理论最大扭矩的误差为3%~13%。结论数值模拟方法可以为最大扭矩的计算及内螺纹冷挤压设备的设计提供一定指导。 The paper aims to study laws on extrusion deformation and torque variation of internal thread.By designing extrusion taps of internal thread,including small diameter,medium diameter,large diameter and the amount of shoveling,a three-dimensional model of M12~M24internal thread extrusion taps was established.On this basis,the numerical simulation of M18~M24extrusion process was carried out.M18-2.5internal thread extrusion process was taken as an example to analyze the process of cold extrusion and its torque variation.The maximum torque and theoretical maximum torque of M12~M24extrusion taps were compared.In numerical simulation of cold extrusion of internal thread,the deformation process and torque variation were consistent with the theory.The maximum torque variation range of simulation was37~190N·m,and the error was3%~13%compared with theoretical maximum torque.The numerical simulation method can provide certain guidance for calculation of the maximum torque and design of the internal thread cold extrusion equipment.
