摘要
综述了内螺纹加工的传统技术与最新进展。在论述冷挤压攻丝、振动攻丝以及振动塑性成形特点的基础上,提出了复合振动挤压攻丝的内螺纹加工新方法,并对复合振动挤压攻丝可以减少摩擦、降低攻丝扭矩的机理做了分析,同时指出了该新方法目前所存在的问题。
The development of the traditional technology and latest development on inside thread machi-ning were reviewed. Based on the discussion on the characteristics of extruding tapping, vibration tapping and vibration plastic process, the new methods of compound vibration extruding tapping for the internal thread pro-cessing were put forward, and the mechanism that decreased the friction and tapping torque was analyzed. Furthermore, the existing problems have also been pointed out.
