摘要
饮料生产技术是食品加工技术专业的核心课程。为适应社会和职业岗位需要,该研究以提高课程质量为中心,以课程结构调整为主线,以教学内容的改革和更新为重点,以教学方法的创新与实践为动力,以教学手段的现代化、信息化为依托,建设"互联网+教育"背景下特色鲜明、富有活力的在线开放课程,以期全面提升课程教学质量。
Beverage production technology is the core course of food processing technology specialty.In order to meet the needs of social and professional posts,this paper focuses on the improvement of curriculum quality and the adjustment of curriculum structure as the main line.Focusing on the reform and renewal of teaching contents,taking the innovation and practice of teaching methods as the motive force,and relying on the modernization and information of teaching means,the characteristics of the construction of"Internet+education"are distinct.Full of vitality online open courses,improve the overall quality of curriculum teaching.
