摘要
当前关于网络学习模式的研究,以分离还原的研究居多,综合实践的研究较少;应然研究多,实然研究少。本文在对当前三种主流的网络学习模式分析的基础上,提出,这些学习模式只具有局部的合理性,不能作为网络学习的总体模式出现,“控制—自组织模式”才是网络学习的可行模式,并对“控制—自组织学习模式”的概念及特征进行了阐述。
At present, with regards to research on e- learning mode, there are mainly two camps: one group advocating the mode of autonomous study and another advocating the mode of collaborative study. This article aims to analyze, from the angle of practicality, the learning mode, and to make research on some paradigm and method to be adopted. In combination with his own teaching practice, the author proposes a practical mode of we- based controlled and self- organized learning. The author reflects on the current research on the mode of e- learning and concludes that the prevailing e- learning formats are only partially reasonable. Therefore, they could not appear as the general mode of e- learning. The author has further defined and proposes a feasible mode for e- learning: the web- based controlled and self- organized learning mode, the main features of which are invisible and macro- controlling with teachers' anonymous participation, teachers' multiple roles, democracy of self- organized process, social function of knowledge building. There are two steps in designing this mode: user analysis and function analysis of the controlled and self- organized system. The principle of student- centered, proactive intervention and invisible direction, are the main principles of implementing this mode.
