摘要
走班制教学是兼顾大众化教育与个性化教育的教学模式,反映了新时代各行各业对培育创造型人才和个性化人才的渴求,也是落实高考新方案、扩大学生自主选择权、满足人民群众日益增长的良好教育需求的重要举措。推进走班制教学,要科学分析学生和学校的目标体系和约束条件,全面掌握学生的知识、能力和兴趣爱好等信息,统筹谋划学生的分类和课程的分层方案,使走班制效果达到最佳。其中"跨级选课"和"编组选优"的走班制模式值得尝试和推广。
The Mobile Learning System is a teaching mode that takes both mass education and individualized education into consideration.It reflects that all walks of life in the new age desire to cultivate creative talents and individualized talents.It is also the important measure that implements the new program of college entrance examination,expands students'right to select on their own,meet the growing needs of the masses for good education.In order to promote the Mobile Learning System,we should scientifically analyze the target system and constraint condition of students and schools,fully grasp the students'knowledge,abilities,hobbies and other information to plan the classification of students and the hierarchical programs of the courses so as to achieve the best effect of Mobile Learning System.One of the"cross-level course selection"and"merit-based elective"mode is worth to be tried out and promoted.

杨志明(1963-),男,湖南长沙人,必优(BEO)考试研究院院长,ETS Assessments(北京)学术顾问,心理学博士。曾任湖南师范大学心理学教授,世界著名测评机构Pearson 和ETS 心理测量学家,美国教育考评局心理测评技术总监。主要从事分级阅读、走班制教学、国家英语能力等级考试等研究。
