摘要
目的检测结肠癌组织中雌激素相关受体α(ERRα)和ERRβ的表达水平,分析其与结肠癌临床病理特征的关系,并探讨其临床意义。方法选取手术切除的结肠癌组织及其癌旁正常结肠组织标本各63例,采用免疫组织化学法检测ERRα和ERRβ蛋白阳性表达,观察其与结肠癌临床病理特征的关系,探讨两者相关性。结果 ERRα和ERRβ蛋白表达于结肠癌及癌旁组织细胞核,在癌组织中高表达,癌旁组织中弱表达,结肠癌组织中ERRα和ERRβ蛋白的阳性表达率高于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。ERRα和ERRβ蛋白的阳性表达与肿瘤浸润深度、远处转移、血管浸润、TNM分期及肿瘤分化程度有关(P<0.05)。Spearman rank相关分析结果显示,结肠癌组织中ERRα与ERRβ蛋白的阳性表达率呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 ERRα和ERRβ在结肠癌组织中高表达,与结肠癌不良预后临床病理特征具有相关性,两者可能共同调控结肠癌的恶性行为。
Objective To detect the expressions of estrogen-related receptorα(ERRα)and ERRβin colon cancer,evaluate their relationships with the clinicopathological characteristics and discuss the clinical significance.Methods Colon cancer tissues and para-cancerous normal tissues were selected from63patients.Western blot was used to detect the expressions of ERRαand ERRβand their correlations with clinicopathological characteristics were observed.Results ERRαand ERRβwere expressed in the nuclei of the colon cancer tissues and the para-cancerous tissues,high expression was observed in the cancer tissues and low expression was seen in the para-cancerous tissues.The positive expression rates of ERRαand ERRβin the colon cancer tissues were higher than those in the para-cancerous tissues(P<0.05).The positive expressions of ERRαand ERRβproteins were correlated with the deepth of tumor invasion,distant metastasis,blood vessel infiltration,TNM stage and tumor differentiation(P<0.05).Spearman rank analysis showed the positive expression rates of ERRαand ERRβproteins were positively correlated(P<0.05).Conclusions ERRαand ERRβare highly expressed in colon cancer tissues and correlated with the clinicopathological characteristics of poor prognosis.They may modulate the malignant behavior of colon cancer together.
