摘要
目的探讨原癌基因(c-myc)和β-链蛋白(β-catenin)在肝细胞癌(Hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC,以下简称"肝癌")中的表达及意义。方法通过免疫组化En Vision法检测108例肝癌组织及癌旁组织中c-myc和β-catenin的表达,观察c-myc和β-catenin在肝癌组织中的表达与临床病理特征之间的关系。结果 c-myc和β-catenin在肝癌组织中的表达率分别为42.59%(46/108)和40.74%(44/108),c-myc和β-catenin在癌旁组织中阳性率分别为14.81%(16/108)和4.63%(5/108),二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。c-myc和β-catenin在癌组织中的表达与肿瘤分化程度相关(P<0.001),与年龄、性别、有无癌栓、肿瘤个数、肿瘤直径、癌旁组织是否有肝硬化均无统计学关联(P>0.05)。结论在肝癌组织中c-myc和β-catenin表达密切相关。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of c-myc andβ-catenin in HCC(Hepatocellular carcinoma).Methods The relationship between c-myc andβ-catenin expression in HCC and the clinicopathological characteristics was observed through respectively detecting the expression of c-myc andβ-catenin in108cases of HCC tissues and adjacent tissues by Immunohistochemical EnVision method.Results The expression rate of c-myc andβ-catenin in HCC tissues was42.59%(46/108)and40.74%(44/108)respectively,and the positive rate of them in the adjacent tissues was14.81%(16/108)and4.63%(5/108),respectively,so difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.001).The expression of c-myc andβ-catenin in cancer tissues was correlated with the degree of tumor differentiation(P<0.001),but it was not statistically related to age,sex,tumor thrombus,tumor number,tumor diameter and cirrhosis of adjacent tissues(P>0.05).Conclusion The expression of c-myc andβ-catenin in HCC tissues was closely related.
