摘要
选取玫瑰花瓣为原料,用溶剂法提取玫瑰花瓣中的天然染料色素,并将其用于羊毛织物染色。研究了染色方法、媒染剂用量、提取液用量、染色温度、染色时间等因素对羊毛织物染色性能的影响,得出最佳染色工艺为采用预媒染色法,媒染剂FeSO_45%,色素提取液15ml,染色时间120min,染色温度90℃;对染色后织物的色牢度测试表明,玫瑰花色素对羊毛织物具有较好的上染能力,其皂洗、摩擦、汗渍等色牢度较好,适合于蛋白质纤维染色。
Natural pigment dyes of rose petals were extracted by solvent method and used in dyeing of wool fabrics.The effects of dyeing method,dosage of mordant,dosage of rose pigment extract,dyeing temperature and dyeing time on the dyeing wool fabric were studied.The optimum dyeing process were as follows:using pre-mordant method,dosage of FeSO,mordant of5%(omf),the amount of rose pigment extract of15ml dyeing time of120min,dyeing tem-perature of90°C.The color fastness test of dyed fabric showed that roses pigment had good dyeing performance on wool fabric,the color fastness of soaping,crocking and perspiration were good,and it was suitable for dyeing of protein fiber.
