摘要
针对当前研究生培养实践过程中存在的相对忽视非全日制研究生培养质量的现状,教育部明确要求,无论对于非全日制研究生,还是对于全日制研究生,均应坚持同一套质量标准。非全日制研究生学位论文的质量直接体现其教育质量。而有效的质量监控对于保证、提高学位论文质量显得至关重要。分析非全日制研究生学位论文质量监控现状,结合非全日制研究生自身特殊性,通过建立多层面质量监控网络、实施目标监控和过程控制监控等方式提高非全日制研究生学位论文质量,进而提高研究生的教育水平。
In view of the current situation of postgraduate training,the quality of the training of non-full-time postgraduate students is relatively neglected.The Ministry of Education has made clear demands that non-full-time and full-time postgraduates must adhere to the same quality standards.The quality of the dissertation is directly related to the education quality of non-full-time postgraduate students.Quality control is of vital importance to the quality assurance and improvement of the dissertation.By analyzing the status of quality monitoring of dissertation on non-full-time postgraduate students,combined with the particularity of non-full-time postgraduate students,through the establishment of multi-level quality monitoring network,this paper implements target monitoring and process control monitoring methods which can improve the quality of non-full-time postgraduate dissertation,and then improves the level of postgraduate education.
