摘要
高校基层党组织是党在高等教育组织中的战斗堡垒,是落实党的方针政策的基本单位,更是开展思想政治教育工作的重要阵地。根据学科专业特色,以人才培养为主线,创新基层党组织活动,使党组织活动联动化、特色化、品牌化,党组织活动与学院中心工作相融互促。
The grassroots party organizations in universities are the fighting fortresses of the Party in higher education,the basic units of the Party's policy implementation and the important positions of ideological and political education.Based on the professional characteristics of the disciplines,the paper takes the talent training as the main line,explores the activities,and tries to make them linked,characteristic and branding for the central work at college.
