摘要
目的对地佐辛超前镇痛对趾部切口疼痛模型大鼠血液NO及P物质浓度的影响进行分析研究,为今后的研究与实践工作,提供有价值的参考信息。方法选取健康成年雄性Wistar大鼠30只,随机分成3组,分别命名为A组、B组和C组,A组为09%氯化钠溶液组,B组为地佐辛术前组,C组为地佐辛术后组。三组大鼠均采取Brennan法制作切口疼痛模型,对术后30分钟动物疼痛行为改变进行观察,术后1小时对袋鼠血中NO和P物质浓度变化进行检测,并进行对比分析。结果B组和C组累积疼痛评分和血液标本中NO、P物质浓度与A组比较,存在显著差异(P<001);B组与C组比较,差异存在统计学意义(P<005)。结论大鼠趾部切口疼痛模型术前、术后30分钟腹腔注射地佐辛可产生明显的阵痛效果,并且阵痛效果与降低血液中NO与P物质浓度存在明显相关性,术前30分钟超前阵痛效果最为理想,值得关注。
Objective To analyze the effects of dezocine preemptive analgesia on pain model of rat blood NO and P concentration and provide valuable information Methods30adult male Wistar rats were randomly divided into3groups,which were named as A group(09%Sodium Chloride Solution group),B group(dezocine before operation group)and C group(dezocine group after operation)Results The cumulative pain score of B group and C group and the concentration of substance NO and P in blood samples were significantly different from those in group A(P<001)The difference between group B and group C was statistically significant(P<005)Conclusion30minutes after the intraperitoneal injection of Dizuoxinke have obvious analgesic effect in the model of rats with plantar incision pain before operation The effect of labor pain is significantly related to the decrease of NO and P concentration in blood,and the effect of leading pain is ideal for30minutes before operation
