摘要
订单定向医学生职业素养教育直接关系到农村卫生人才培养目标的实现和我国医改、教改的成效。本文在梳理出订单定向医学生职业素养教育内容的基础上,分析订单定向医学生职业素养教育路径,以期为订单定向医学生职业素养教育提供客观依据。
The vocational literacy education of order oriented medical students is directly related to the achievement of the goal of rural health personnel training and the effectiveness of medical reform and education reform in China.On the basis of combing out the contents of the vocational literacy education of order oriented medical students,this paper analyzes the teaching methods of the vocational literacy education of order oriented medical students with a view to providing an objective basis for order oriented medical students'vocational literacy education.
