摘要
目的:评价"医者之心"教育模式促进医学生职业素养发展的效果并提出模式优化建议。方法:以汕头大学医学院2014-2018级临床医学专业本科生为研究对象,通过分层随机抽样,采用问卷调查法和访谈法开展研究。结果:医学生职业素养及其各维度在课程参与数和课程评价方面的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,隐性课程评价是职业素养及其各维度的独立影响因素;服务性学习评价是职业意识、职业行为和职业道德的独立影响因素;显性课程评价不是职业素养的独立影响因素。结论:"医者之心"教育模式能有效促进医学生职业素养发展。隐性课程是关键,服务性学习是重要组成部分,显性课程较薄弱,建议进一步优化该教育模式。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of"doctor’s heart"education mode on promoting the development of medical students’professional quality and to put forward suggestions for optimizing the mode.Methods:taking 2014-2018 clinical medicine undergraduates of Shantou University Medical College as the research object,the research was carried out by stratified random sampling,questionnaire survey and interview.Results:the differences of medical students’professional quality and its dimensions in the number of Curriculum Participation and curriculum evaluation were statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that hidden curriculum evaluation is an independent factor of professional quality and its dimensions;service learning evaluation is an independent factor of professional consciousness,professional behavior and professional ethics;explicit curriculum evaluation is not an independent factor of professional quality.Conclusion:the education mode of"doctor’s heart"can effectively promote the development of medical students’professional quality.Recessive curriculum is the key,service learning is an important part,and explicit curriculum is weak.It is suggested to further optimize the education mode.
