中小学教师:现存的精神状态与可期的世纪改良--基于知识、文化、道德的一线考察与多维研判 被引量:5

Teachers of Primary and Middle Schools : Present State of Mind &Expected Innovation——Based on First-hand Inspection and Multidimensional Analysis

摘要 当前,我国中小学教师知识、文化、道德状态分别存在混沌态、朦胧态,矫造态、僵死态,迷失态、功利态等负面精神状态。其成因是:精神异动动摇信仰基础,社会演变导致角色缺失,科层机制封杀进取意志,资讯发达反制创新能力,技术教育窒息职场生机。消极影响是:满足自身利益,背弃教育原旨;漠视公义原则,远离高尚境界;固守旧有观念,难育现代品质;充当控制客体,不利培养公民;固化知识结构,影响学生成长。若能采用下列改良措施,则有望对治业界流弊,重塑师者形象,增进育人实绩:完善精神结构配置,回归教师伦理角色,重构教师内在自我,塑造鲜明教育个性,改善制度措施设计。 At present,there is no denying the fact that most teachers of primary and middle schools may fall into the negative states of disorder,obsecurity,affectedness,ossification,disorientation,and utilitarian.All above may boil down to the following factors:To begin with,it is generally thought that shortage of persistence may lead to belief fluctuation;Besides,there is no doubt that social evolution can result in absence of roles In addition,more people are realizing that bureaucracy is likely to block enterprise.Furthermore,it must be pointed out that highly developed information technology is definitely the cause of innovation deficiency;Finally,in a certain sense,it is evident that overuse of modern technology-aid teaching prevents the promising career.Meanwhile,negative effects can be listed as follows:In the first place,when it comes to negative effects,some people think for the purpose of self interests,some teachers may abandon the nature of education.Secondly,most teachers tend to ignore the public interests,staying away from the realm of lofty thought.Thirdly,it is widely acknowledged that sticking to outdated perception contributes to the difficulty in fostering modern character.Fourthly,Subjects are much confined,which is harmful to the cultivation of quality citizens.Finally,obviously inflexible knowledge framework affects the growth of students.As we know,measures taken as suggested in this article,the disadvantages can be certain to be settled.Such are the solutions:It is advisable to reshape the role of teachers and promote the actual effects and perfect spiritual framework,it should not be ignored that to return to the basic role of teachers,establish distinctive personality and improve the mechanism
