摘要
目的：探讨老年胆石症胆囊炎患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术围手术期的护理体会。方法：对50例行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的老年病人开展围手术期的整体护理。结果：腹腔镜胆囊切除术的老年病人术后24～72 h均恢复胃肠功能，术后3～8 d顺利治愈出院。结论：科学、合理的护理措施可以提高老年腹腔镜胆囊切除术的成功率，减少并发症。
OBJETTIVE： To explore the experience in the nursing in the perioperative period of laparoscopic cholecystectomy for old patients with cholelithiasis cholecystitis .METHOD： 50 old patients with cholelithiasis cholecystitis who had received the laparo-scopic cholecystectomy were provided by comprehensive nursing in the perioperative period .RESULT： The old patients who have re-ceived the laparoscopic cholecystectomy had normal gastrointestinal function within 24~72 hours after operation and were discharged from hospital within 3~8 days after operation .CONCLUSION： Scientific and reasonable nursing measures can improve the successful rate of laparoscopic cholecystectomy for old patients and reduce the complications .
