摘要
该文以盆栽阴香幼苗为试验材料,采用不同浓度NaHCO_3和Na2CO_3(1∶1)混合溶液(0mmol/L、50mmol/L、100mmol/L、200mmol/L、300mmol/L)处理,研究阴香幼苗对Fe^(2+)、Mg^(2+)、K^+、Na^+吸收、转运、利用以及对色素含量的影响。结果表明:随盐碱胁迫程度的增加,根系中K+含量呈先升后降趋势,茎、叶中K+含量呈下降趋势,其中叶片中K^+含量与根系相当,茎中K^+含量最低;各器官中Na^+含量呈上升趋势,根系中Na+含量最高,茎中最低;根系、茎中的K+/Na+呈先升后降趋势,叶片中K^+/Na^+呈下降趋势,叶片中K^+/Na^+最高,根系中最低。低盐碱胁迫(0-100mmol/L)提高根、茎、叶中Fe^(2+)含量,促进光合色素合成;而高盐碱胁迫(100~300mmol/L)降低根器官中Fe^(2+)含量,略增加茎、叶中Fe^(2+)含量,明显降低光合色素含量;盐碱胁迫对根、茎中Mg^(2+)含量影响差异不显著,但显著降低叶片中Mg^(2+)含量。阴香幼苗能耐低程度盐碱胁迫。
Taking the triennial pot of Cinnamomum burmannii hydroponics as test material,using different concentrations(0mmol/L、50mmol/L、100mmol/L、200mmol/L、300mmol/L)of soda saline to treat Cinnamomum burmannii seedling,the assimilating and distributing of Fe2+,Mg2+,K+,Na+and the content of photosynthetic pigment in Cinnamomum burmannii seedling are studied.The results showed that the K+content of Cinnamomum burmannii seedling roots organs is first increased and then decreased trend,and the content of K+in the leaves and stem showed a downward trend with the increase of salinity-alkalinity stress degree,and the K+content in root and blade is the highest,and which in organs is the lowest;The Na+content in root,stem and leaf showed a gradually rising trend,the Na+content of root is the highest,and which of stem organs is the lowest;The K+/Na+of Cinnamomum burmannii seedling root and stem organ is a gradually increased at first and then decreased trend,and the leaf showed a gradually declining trend,The K+/Na+of blade organs is the highest,and whichof root is the lowest.The Fe2+content of stem,root and leaf organs are improved under the low salinity stress(0~100mmol/L),the contents of photosynthetic pigment in leaves are enhanced;The Fe2+contents of root,the contents of photosynthetic pigment in leaf organs are reduced significantly under the high salinity stress(100~300mmol/L).The effect of salinity-alkalinity stress on the assimilating and distributing of Mg2+in root and stem is not significant but significantly decreased the of Mg2+content in leaves.Cinnamomum burmannii seedlings have the tolerance of low degree of salinity-alkalinity stress.
