摘要
目的分析阿奇霉素经期静脉滴注治疗慢性附件炎临床疗效。方法选取2016年1月～2017年1月杭州市下城区中西医结合医院收治的100例慢性附件炎患者，随机分为对照组（n=50）和实验组（n=50）。对照组经期结束后给予阿奇霉素治疗，实验组进行阿奇霉素经期静脉滴注治疗，经期第1天0.5g阿奇霉素+400mL10%葡萄糖注射液＋300mL甲硝唑。比较分析实验组与对照组患者的临床治疗效果、不良反应。结果经过对应治疗后，实验组治疗有效率为92.0％，显著高于对照组的有效率78.0%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。2组患者均未出现严重不良反应，实验组不良反应发生率为10.0％，对照组为26.0%，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论阿奇霉素经期静脉滴注治疗慢性附件炎临床疗效较为理想，可显著降低不良反应发生率，安全性高。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of azithromycin intravenous drip in the treatment of chronic adnexal inflammation.Methods100cases of chronic accessory phlogistic patients in our hospital from January2016to January2017were divided into control group(n=50)and experimental group(n=50).The control group received azithromycin treatment after the end of the period,the experimental group of azithromycin intravenous drip treatment period,first day of menstrual period0.5g400mL10.0%glucose injection azithromycin+metronidazole300mL.Comparative analysis of the experimental group and the control group of patients with clinical treatment effect,adverse reactions.Results After the corresponding treatment,the effective rate of the experimental group was92.0%,significantly higher than78.0%of the control group(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reaction in two groups,the adverse reaction in the experimental group was10.0%and the control group was26%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intravenous infusion of azithromycin during treatment of chronic annexitis with ideal clinical curative effect,can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reaction,high safety.
