摘要
近些年,我国高等教育快速发展,进入了高等教育大众化阶段,实现了历史性跨越。不少民办高校抢抓机遇,乘势而上,扩大办学规模,提高办学水平。民办高校大量增加,已成为高等教育事业中的重要组成部分。但是,在公办高校实力更加强大、独立学院迅速崛起的新形势下,民办高校面临新的挑战。因此,民办高校需努力避免与公办高校趋同,走差异化发展道路,实施特色品牌战略;要把竞争压力变成发展动力,坚持开拓创新,不断增强核心竞争力,凝聚优势,凸显特色,寻求新的发展空间,走上特色办学和优质服务的康庄大道。
In recent years,the rapid development of higher education in China,entered the stage of popularization of higher education has realized the historical leap.Many private colleges to seize opportunities,take on,expand the scale of higher education,improve teaching level.A large increase,private colleges has become an important part of higher education career.But the strength is stronger,independent college in public higher learning under the new situation of rapid rise,private colleges face new challenges.Therefore,run by the local college should try to avoid convergence and public universities,different development road,the characteristic brand strategy;Power to turn competition into development,adhere to innovation,constantly enhance the core competitiveness,condensed advantage,highlighting features,seek new development space,to the characteristics of running a school and the high quality service for the road ahead.
