摘要
随着教育教学改革的不断推进,民办高等教育也在不断发展,如今已经成为高等教育的重要组成部分。但是,部分民办高校在发展过程中对自身办学能力和发展水平预估不足,不能根据自身实际形成发展特色,不利于自身持续健康发展。因此,民办高校在发展中需明确自身定位,组建一支高质量的师资队伍,形成自身办学特色,打造学院精品课程,强化学生的技能训练和实践能力培养,建立科学完善的教学管理评估体系,以此促进民办高校持续健康良性发展。
With the continuous promotion of education and teaching reform,private higher education is also in continuous development,now has become an important part of higher education.However,in the process of development,some private colleges and universities fail to estimate their own school-running ability and development level sufficiently,which is not conducive to their sustainable and healthy development.Therefore,in the process of development,private colleges and universities need to define their own positioning,establish a high-quality teaching staff,form their own school-running characteristics,create high-quality courses of the college,strengthen students’skills training and practical ability cultivation,and establish a scientific and perfect teaching management evaluation system,so as to promote the sustainable,healthy and sound development of private colleges and universities.
