摘要
                
                    为了探究聚乙二醇(PEG)溶液对栝楼种子萌发和幼苗抗氧化酶活性的影响,对采自于周口师范学院校园中的野生栝楼种子进行种子萌发及幼苗生长试验,测定了栝楼种子的发芽率、活力指数和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性.结果表明:10%的PEG处理对栝楼种子的萌发和幼苗的生长具有促进作用,15%~30%PEG处理则有抑制作用;随着PEG浓度的增加,SOD、POD、CAT均表现为先升高后降低的趋势;另外,PEG溶液处理种子时间的长短,也对种子的萌发有较大影响,PEG浸种24h栝楼种子萌发效果较好.综上表明,短时间的轻度水分胁迫能有效促进栝楼种子萌发及幼苗生长.
                
                In order to investigate the effects of PEG-soaking on seed germination and activities of antioxidase enzymes ofTrichosanthes kirilowiiMaxim seedlings.TheT.kirilowii Maxim seed germination and seedling growth were studied in zhoukou normal university.Several physiological and morphological indexes,such as the germination percentage(GP),vigor index(VI),and antioxidant enzymes(SOD,POD,CAT)were measured.The results indicated that,low PEG concentration(10%)could promote the seed germination and seedling growth but the high PEG concentration(15%~30%)could inhibit the seed germination and seedling growth.The SOD,POD and CAT activity showed a trend of first rising and then falling along with the PEG concentration increasing.In addition,the treatment time also had a significant effect on seed germination,PEG-soaking for24h was better.Therefore,mild water stress in a short time could effectively promoteT.kirilowiiMaxim seed germination and seedling growth,and the optimal PEG concentration was10%.
