摘要
以油菜种子作为实验材料,采用培养皿培养法,研究氯化钠、硝酸钾和硝酸铵3种药剂浸种处理对油菜种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响.结果表明:合适浓度的硝酸钾和硝酸铵溶液浸种均能促进油菜种子萌发及根和苗的生长,提高发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数,增强发芽势,尤其是0.2%的硝酸铵溶液和0.8%的硝酸钾溶液浸种处理对油菜种子萌发促进效果最明显.而氯化钠溶液浸种则会抑制油菜种子萌发,阻碍根和苗的生长,尤其是0.4%的氯化钠溶液,抑制和阻碍效果最明显.这说明3种浸种试剂对油菜种子的萌发会产生不同的影响.
Taking rape seeds as experimental materials and using petri dish culture method to study the effects of three kinds of medicaments such as sodium chloride,potassium nitrate,ammonium nitrate on seed germination and seedling growth of rape seed.The results showed that the potassium nitrate and ammonium nitrate solution with suitable concentration could promote seed germination and growth of roots and shoots,as well as enhance germination rate and germination index and vigor index and germination potential,especially0.2%ammonium nitrate and0.8%potassium nitrate solution had obvious promoting effect on seed germination,while sodium chloride solution could inhibit seed germination and hinder growth of roots and shoots,especially the concentration of sodium chloride solution was0.4%,the inhibition and obstruction effect was the most obvious.All above showed that three kinds of seed soaking reagent had different effects on rape seed germination.
