摘要
建筑工程的质量问题不仅涉及到个人财产安全,还涉及到社会的稳定。工程质量检测结果作为评判建筑工程质量的重要依据,其对建设质量的好坏影响巨大,然而也面临着一些影响行业稳步坚实发展的问题。论文就本地区工程质量检测行业现状进行调查,对本地区检测行业监管中存在问题,提出了较切实可行的监管对策与建议。
The quality of construction project relates to not only the personal property safety,but also the social stability.The result of the construction quality testing as an important basis for appraising the construction quality has a great influence on the construction quality,but also should face some problem which may influence the stable and firm development.This paper showed the investigation result of t he c urrent s ituation o f t he c onstruction q uality t esting i n G anzhou c ity,and g ave s ome p racticable strategy and suggestion about the construction testing for the problem in the supervision of the construction testing industry.
