摘要
文中分析了建设工程质量检测市场的现状及监管难点,提出利用信息化手段,构建量能匹配预警系统。通过采集检测机构的资源和报告信息,制定预警规则,实现检测机构量能合理性的动态预警,同时,列举了三个检测参数的预警应用,为工程检测信息化监管提供了有效思路。
This paper analyzes the current situation of construction engineering quality inspection market and difficulties in supervision,proposes the use of information technology to build a pre-warning system that can match the quantity and resource,and establishes prewarning rules by collecting the information of resources and reports of testing institutions,so as to achieve dynamic pre-warning with reasonable capacity of testing institutions.The pre-warning application of three detection parameters is listed,which provides an effective idea for the informatization supervision of engineering testing.
