摘要
目的探讨葛根虎杖护肝丸治疗酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法 60例酒精性脂肪肝患者,随机分为中药组、西药组和中西药组,每组20例。三组均给予基础干预治疗,在此基础上,中药组口服葛根虎杖护肝丸治疗,西药组口服多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊治疗,中西药组联合口服葛根虎杖护肝丸和多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊。连续观察2个月,对比分析三组的疗效。结果治疗后中西药组症状、体征总有效率为90%,中药组症状、体征总有效率为85%均高于西药组的55%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后中西药组、中药组的谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、γ谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)水平均低于西药组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后中西药组B超总有效率为90%,中药组B超总有效率为85%均高于西药组的55%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后中西药组与中药组症状、体征总有效率,ALT、AST、GGT水平,B超总有效率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。三组治疗用药期间均无不良反应事件发生。治疗2个月后经复查后基础生命体征(如血压、呼吸、心率等)、尿常规、粪便常规、肾功能、心电图检查均未见明显异常变化。结论葛根虎杖护肝丸治疗酒精性脂肪肝疗效确切,无不良反应发生,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Gegen Huzhang Hugan pills in the treatment of alcoholic fatty liver.Methods A total of60alcoholic fatty liver patients were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group,western medicine group and Chinese and western medicine group,with20cases in each group.Three groups received basic therapy.Chinese medicine group was also treated with oral administration of Gegen Huzhang Hugan pills,western medicine group was also treated with oral administration of polyene phosphatidylcholine capsules,and Chinese and western medicine group was treated with oral administration of Gegen Huzhang Hugan pills and polyene phosphatidylcholine capsules.The efficacy in three groups was compared and analyzed after2months of continuous observation.Results After treatment,Chinese and western medicine group had total effective rate of symptoms as90%and Chinese medicine group had total effective rate of symptoms as85%,which were all higher than55%in western medicine group,and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,Chinese and western medicine group and Chinese medicine group had lower alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST),gamma glutamyl transpeptidase(GGT)level than the western medicine group.Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,Chinese and western medicine group had total effective rate of B-mode ultrasonography as90%and Chinese medicine group had total effective rate of B-mode ultrasonography as85%,which were all higher than55%in western medicine group,and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,there were no statistically significant difference in total effective rate of symptom,ALT,AST,GGT and total effective rate of B-mode ultrasonography between Chinese and western medicine group and Chinese medicine group(P>0.05).No adverse events occurred in the three groups during the treatment.After2months of treatment,the vital signs(such as blood pressure,respiration,heart rate,etc.),urine routine,stool routine,kidney function and electrocardiogram examination were not significantly changed.Conclusion Gegen Huzhang Hugan pills provides affirmative efficacy in treating alcoholic fatty liver with no adverse reations,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
