摘要
目的探究优质护理模式对剖宫产产妇的护理效果。方法随机抽取本院2016年9月-12月进行剖宫产的产妇122例,分为对照组61例,观察组61例,对照组采用施常规的产妇护理,观察组采用优质的产妇护理,对比两组产妇对护理的满意程度。结果观察组产妇对于护理工作更加满意,其产后恢复也相对较快,与对照组相比有明显差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对剖宫产产妇进行优质的护理,可以有效提高产妇的恢复能力,并且降低产妇的产后不良情绪产生,对医患之间的友好关系建立有一定的积极作用。
Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing mode on cesarean section.Methods Randomlyselected122cases of cesarean section in our hospital from September2016to December2016,divided into control group andobservation group,with61cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine maternal care,and the observationgroup was treated with high quality maternal care.The satisfaction degree of the two groups of women on nursing was compared.Results The observation group was more satisfied with the nursing work,and the postpartum recovery was relativelyfast,compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The high quality care ofcesarean section can effectively improve the rehabilitation ability of women,and reduce the postpartum adverse emotions ofwomen,and have a positive effect on the establishment.
