摘要
目的探讨优质护理联合舒适护理在剖宫产术后产妇护理中的应用。方法从深圳市龙岗区妇幼保健院选取80例行剖腹产产妇,选取时间为2018年1月-2020年6月,将所选产妇平均分成试验组(n=40)与参比组(n=40),对参比组产妇予以常规护理干预,试验组产妇则予以优质护理联合舒适护理干预,对比两组产妇的护理满意度、各项指标、心理状态和自我护理知识掌握情况。结果相比参比组产妇,试验组产妇护理满意度显著有所提高;且试验组产妇泌乳时间以及肛门首次排气时间和住院时间均显著有所减少,两组产妇的心理状态,试验组优于参比组,两组产妇自我护理知识掌握的情况,试验组高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对行剖宫产术后产妇给予优质护理联合舒适护理,可使其护理满意度显著得到提高,且有效减少产妇泌乳时间以及肛门首次排气时间和住院时间。
Objective To explore application of high-quality nursing combined with comfortable nursing in maternal nursing after cesarean section.Methods The paper chose 80 pregnant women with caesarean section in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2020,and divided them into experimental group(n=40)and reference group(n=40)equally.Reference group was treated with routine nursing intervention,while experimental group with high-quality nursing combined with comfortable nursing intervention.Nursing satisfaction degree,various indexes psychological status and mastery of self-care knowledge were compared between two groups.Results Nursing satisfaction degree of experimental group was significantly better than reference group;lactation time,first anal exhaust time and length of stay in experimental group was significantly less than reference group.Psychological status of pregnant women in experimental group was better than reference group.Mastery of self-care knowledge of experimental group was higher than reference group,difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05).Conclusion Quality nursing combined with comfortable nursing can significantly improve nursing satisfaction degree of to pregnant women after cesarean section,and reduce their lactation time,first anal exhaust time and hospital stay effectively.
