摘要
基础信息化作为四项建设的重要内容之一,是全面深化公安改革的亮点工程,是破解基础工作难题,提升公安机关依法履职能力和社会治理水平的重大举措。公安机关要充分认识基础信息化对于公安工作的推动作用,从信息采集、共享、应用的各个环节着手,分析基础信息化建设存在的问题及原因,从顶层设计到具体操作层面采取措施,加强基础信息化建设,使信息化工作贯穿于各项公安工作中。
As one of the important contents of four consciousness,basic informatization is the highlighted project of all the efforts to deepen the all-round public security reform,which is a major step for solving basic work problems,enhancing the capacity of public security organs to perform their duties according to law and the level of social governance.In the new period,public security organs should be fully aware of the role of basic informatization in promoting the public security work.Starting from all aspects of information collection,sharing and application,this paper analyzes the existing problems and causes of basic informatization.From the top design to the specific operation level,measures should be taken to strengthen the basic information,sending informatization work throughout the work of public security.
