摘要
目的:探讨消癖散外敷与针刺治疗乳腺增生的临床效果。方法:收治乳腺增生患者120例,随机分为对照组和研究组。对照组采用乳癖消胶囊口服治疗,研究组采用针刺与消癖散外敷治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组肿块评分和疼痛评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:消癖散外敷与针刺治疗乳腺增生的临床效果显著。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture and Xiao Pi San for external application in the treatment ofpatients with hyperplasia of mammary glands.Methods:120patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands were selected.They wererandomly divided into the control group and the study group.The control group was treated with Xiao Pi San capsule.The studygroup was treated with acupuncture and Xiao Pi San for external application.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the tumormass score and pain score in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effectof acupuncture and Xiao Pi San for external application in the treatment of patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands wassignificant.
