摘要
目的探讨针药结合治疗血瘀痰凝型乳腺增生的临床效果。方法选取医院从2017年6月—2018年10月的乳腺增生症患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机原则将其分为观察组和对照组各30例。观察组给予针刺结合内服殷克敬自拟乳癖祛瘀汤;对照组仅给予口服自拟乳癖祛瘀汤。连续治疗4周后比较两组的总体疗效,乳房中医证候积分,雌二醇(E2)、孕酮水平,不良反应发生率。结果观察组总有效率96.67% (29/30)高于对照组的76.67% (23/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组乳房疼痛,乳房肿块大小、质地、分布范围,及伴随症状的中医证候积分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组雌二醇、孕酮水平与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组均未见明显不良反应。结论针药结合治疗乳腺增生症临床效果确切。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of blood stasis and phlegm-type mammary gland hyperplasia.Methods:60 patients with breast hyperplasia from June 2017 to October 2018 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The observation group was given acupuncture combined with Yin Kejing self-made Rupi Quyu decoction,while the control group was given only oral self-made Rubi Quyu decoction.After 4 weeks of continuous treatment,the overall curative effect,breast TCM syndrome integral,the level of estradiol(E2),progesterone and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67% higher than that of the control group(76.67%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the scores of breast pain,size,texture,distribution range and accompanying symptoms of TCM syndrome were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of estradiol and progesterone in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reaction was observed in both groups.Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with medicine in the treatment of breast hyperplasia has a definite clinical effect.
