摘要
针对公司埋地管道现状,应用DM管道防腐层检测仪,开展油气集输管网腐蚀与防护状况地面检测与评价。2013年以来,各大队上报的投产时间长,隐患严重、预备更换的281KM管道中,经过检测评价,实际需要更换的管道长度为78KM,更换比例仅为27.76%,因此通过对集输管网的检测能够准确发现隐患位置,减少维护维修的盲目性和投资的浪费。
In accordance to the current situation of the pipelines of Company,we used DM test instrument of pipeline coating and launched the measurement and evaluation of the situation of corrosion and protection of the web of transporting pipelines of gas and petroleum.Since2013,the281km longexisted pipelines that different teams had reported with great security threaten which were seriously damaged,actually are only78km.The percentage of changing is only27.76%,so the checks of webs of transporting can precisely find locations of hidden danger and reduce the amount of funds which are used on maintaining the system.
