摘要
目的探讨病例讨论式教学在脑血管病教学中的应用方法与效果。方法选择48名实习学生作为研究对象,安排实习学生针对4个不同病种进行4次教学查房,第一次、第三次教学查房采用常规教学方法(传统组),第二次、第四次教学查房采用病例讨论式教学法(讨论组),观察与考核教学效果。结果讨论组教学后的分析解决问题能力评分为(95.33±5.39)分,明显高于传统组的(88.27±7.31)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时讨论组教学后的技能操作考核评分为(96.78±6.39)分,明显高于传统组的(86.34±5.66)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论病例讨论式教学在脑血管病教学中的应用能有效提高教学效果,为脑血管病的教学提供了新的思路,从而改善脑血管病教学内容。
Objective To investigate case discussion-based teaching in the teaching of cerebrovascular disease application method and effect.Methods The study choose48internship students as the research object.The researchers use four teaching ward round in four different diseases for the internship students.They use the conventional teaching methods(traditional group)in the first time teaching ward round and the third time,and use case discussion-based teaching method(discussion group)in the second time teaching ward round and the fourth time.Then,they oberve and assesse the teaching effect in this methods.Results The score of analysis of the problem solving ability in the discussion group was(95.33±5.39),significantly higher than the traditional group which was(88.27±7.31)(P<0.05);The score of skill operation assessment in the discussion group was(96.78±6.39),significantly higher than the traditional group which was(86.34±5.66)(P<0.05).Conclusion Case discussion-based teaching application in teaching of cerebrovascular disease not only can effectively improve the teaching effect,but also can provides a new train of thought to the teaching in the cerebrovascular disease and improve cerebrovascular disease teaching content.
