摘要
目的:观察丹红注射液治疗冠心病稳定性心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:将冠心病心绞痛患者80例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组患者均给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用丹红注射液静脉滴注,1次/d,疗程均为15 d,治疗结束后对患者临床症状、心电图进行评定。结果:治疗组在治疗的总有效率、心电图疗效上均显著高于对照组,结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者均未发生不良反应。结论:丹红注射液治疗冠心病稳定性心绞痛具有显著的临床疗效,使用安全简便,疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Danhong injection in the treatment of coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris.Methods:80patients with coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,both groups received routine western medicine treatment while the treatment group received extra Danhong injection treatment,once every day and the treatment course was15d,after the treatment,the clinical symptoms and ECG of patients were evaluated.Results:The total effective rate and ECG effect of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),there was no adverse reaction in both groups.Conclusion:Danhong injection had significant clinical effect in the treatment of coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris,it was easy to operate and the effect was exact,therefore,it was worthy of clinical application and promotion.
