摘要
在室温条件下,本文用小白鼠麻醉,人工呼吸、开胸并用简易的在体心脏微循环直接观察法,观察丹参注射液对心脏微循环的影响。结果提示:正常小白鼠左心室前壁,靠近室间隔处的心肌表层毛细血管中红细胞流速为0.32~0.56mm/sec。腹腔注射丹参注射液后5分钟内即见红细胞流速增快,平均速度从0.45±0.07mm/sec,增加到0.5±0.06mm/sec,P<0.01。注射后10分钟达高峰,平均流速增加到0.53±0.07mm/sec,P<0.001。给药后20分钟,红细胞流速增快仍非常明显,持续30分钟左右。与此同时,微血管口径无明显改变。
The hybrid mice used were anesthetized with pentobarbital and were thoracotomized under artificial respiration at room temperature.The effect of RSM solution on microcirculation of the heart was observed directly under ordinary light microscope.The experimental results were:The red cell velocity in capillaries just beneath the epimyocardial layer of the anterior wall of the left ventricle near the interventricular septum was 0.32—0.56mm/sec.before medication;after abdominal injection of RSM solution average red cell velocity increased within 5 minutes from 0.45+0.07mm/sec to 0.5±0.06mm/sec.(P<0.01);it reached its peak of 0.53±0.07mm/sec,within 10 minutes after injection,(P<0.001).Increase of red cell velocity was still very evident 20 minutes after medication,and it remained at a higher level than that of the control for 30 minutes.No obvious change of the calibres of microvessels was observed during the period of increase in velocity.
