摘要 本文对Wnt信号传导通路结构特点、功能及与阿尔茨海默病关系进行阐述。Wnt信号传导通路是调节神经干细胞增殖、分化的重要因素。Wnt信号通路被激活可以保护海马神经元,相反,Wnt信号通路失活可以促进阿尔茨海默病的发展,为治疗阿尔茨海默病提供了新的思路。 In this paper,the structure characteristics and function of Wnt signal transduction pathway and the relationship withalzheimer disease are discussed.Wnt signal transduction pathway is an important factor for regulating the proliferation anddifferentiation of neural stem cells.Wnt signal transduction pathway is activated to protect the hippocampus neurons,in contrast,Wnt signal transduction pathway is inactivated to promote the development of alzheimer disease,which provide a new thinkingway of thinking for the treatment of alzheimer disease.
