毛细管电泳安培检测器的研制及其应用

摘要 毛细管电泳是一种重要的液相分离分析技术,电化学检测是毛细管电泳的重要测试手段。针对毛细管电泳分离电压对电化学检测干扰严重的问题,以碳纤维为工作电极,研制了一种适合毛细管电泳末端检测的安培检测器。该检测器清洗方便、死体积小、成本低、寿命长,极大程度地降低了分离电场对电化学检测的干扰。将该检测器应用于水中4种芳香族羧酸的毛细管电泳分离测试,结果表明:准确度、灵敏度和检测限高、基线稳定、线性范围宽。该研究拓展了毛细管电泳的测试范围,研制的安培检测器具有一定的推广运用价值。 Capillary electrophoresis is an important analytical technique of phase separation. Electrochemical determinationis an important mean in capillary electrophoresis. The paper was aimed at the prominent problem that separation voltage interfereswith the test of electrochemical detection system in capillary electrophoresis. The carbon fibre was used as a working electrode. Anend-column amperometric detector in capillary electrophoresis was designed. The system possesses the combination advantages ofhigh-veracity, cleaning convenience, small infarct volume, low-cost, long?life, and small interference. The amperometric detectorwas applied to determine four aromatic acids in water with satisfactory results. The investigation increases the testing bound of capil-lary electrophoresis. Amperometric detector possesses preferably exerting value.
