摘要
以硫酸氢钠为催化剂,将一定量的癸二酸与正丁醇回流分水100 min,能够得到癸二酸二丁酯。研究了催化剂和醇用量对反应的影响,结果表明:癸二酸、正丁醇和催化剂的最佳摩尔比为1:8:0.144。在此条件下,产品收率可达81.5%。
Dibutyl sebacate was synthesized from sebacic acid and n - butyl alcohol by refluxing and water - segregating for 100 min using sodium hydrogen sulfate as catalyst. The effects of the amounts of catalyts and n - butyl al-cohd on the reaction were investigated. The results showed that optimum molar ratio of sebacic acid, n - butyl alcohol, and catalyst was 1:8:0.144. The yield could reach 81.5% under this condition.
