摘要
在五水四氯化锡作用下,用癸二酸和正丁醇合成了癸二酸二丁酯。当癸二酸、正丁醇和四氯化锡的物质的量之比为1∶8∶0.114,回流分水60 min,酯收率达96.2%。并比较了几种Lewis酸合成癸二酸二丁酯的催化活性。
Dibutyl sebacate was synthesized from sebacic acid and n-butanol in the presence of stannic chloride pentahydrate (SnCl4·5H2O). The yield of the ester could reach 96.2% unde amount of substance ratio of sebacic acid, n-butanol and stannic chloride were 1:8:0.114, refluxing and water segrating for 60min.The catalytic activities of some Lewis acid in synthesis of dibutyl sebacate were also compared.
