摘要
目的介绍NNE的概念及其应用。方法测试60例正常人和20例单侧声带麻痹患者NNE,并结合性别、发声频率和强度,进行统计分析。结果生理状态下,NNE随频率提高而增大,随强度增加而降低,男性NNE低于女性,单侧声带麻痹患者NNE明显高于正常人。结论 NNE的测试结果受性别、频率和强度的影响,并可用于单侧声带麻痹患者声门闭合度的初步评估。
PURPOSE To introduce the measurement and application of normalized noise energy.METHODS Combined with gender,sound frequency and intensity,NNE of 60 normal speakers and 20 cases of unilateral vocal fold paralysis were analyzed.RESULTS Physiologically,NNE varied directly with frequency and inversely with the intensity.Males had smaller NNE than females.The patinets with unilateral vocal fold paralysis had much greater NNE than normal speakers.CONCLUSIONS NNE is influenced by gender,frequency and intensity,and the measurement of NNE canbe used to evaluate unilateral vocal fold paralysis.
