摘要 目的分析慢性单纯性喉炎、声带小结、声带息肉患者的声学参数,探讨嗓音声学分析对喉疾病的诊断价值。方法采用计算机嗓音声学测试系统(Dr.Speech Science for Windows软件)对50例嗓音正常人(对照组)及80例良性喉疾病患者(患者组)进行嗓音声学检测,对其基频微扰(jitter)、振幅微扰(shimmer)、标准化噪声能量(NNE)进行比较分析。结果慢性单纯性喉炎、声带小结、声带息肉三类喉疾病患者的各参数平均值均较对照组平均值不同程度升高,各参数差别均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。声带小结jitter、shimmer值与慢性单纯性喉炎比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而NNE值差异有统计学意义(t=-3.467,P<0.01)。声带息肉的jitter、shimmer、NNE参数值与慢性单纯性喉炎参数值比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。声带息肉shimmer、NNE值与声带小结参数值相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而jitter值差异无统计学意义(t=-1.133,P>0.05)。结论嗓音声学分析对诊断慢性单纯性喉炎、声带小结、声带息肉有价值。 Objective To analyze the acoustic parameters of chronic simple laryngitis, vocal nodules and vocal polyps, and to explore the value of acoustic analysis in diagnosing laryngeal diseases. Methods The a- coustic parameters in 50 subjects with normal voice and 80 patients with benign laryngeal diseases were meas- ured by Dr. Speech Science for Windows. Results The acoustic parameter means in patients with chronic sim- ple laryngitis, vocal nodules and vocal polyps were significantly higher than those in controls (P 〈 0.01 ). The difference of NNE between the vocal nodules and chronic simple laryngitis was significant. The jitter, shimmer and NNE were significantly different between the vocal polyps and chronic simple laryngitis. The difference of shimmer and NNE between the vocal nodules and the vocal polyps was significant. Conclusion Voice acoustic analysis is of value in the diagnosis of chronic simple laryngitis, vocal nodules and vocal polyps.
