摘要
以储备库高酸值花生油为原料 ,采用高温中混碱炼工艺生产花生色拉油 ,工艺操作稳定、白土消耗低、色泽浅、出率高 ,质量稳定。
This paper discussed the refining technology of high AV peanut crude oil of The State Administration of Grain Reserve Yanzhou P.R.C. The study showed that the process of High temperature & Middle mixing can be operated stably, it cost less bleaching earth, the salad has a low color and low AV, and it can product more salad oil than the classic refining methods.
