摘要
电阻层析成像 (ERT)系统传感器的敏感场受被测介质分布的影响 ,这一“软场”特性是 ERT应用于两相流参数测量中的一个主要问题 .从分析多个影响灵敏场分布的因素出发 ,通过仿真实验和数据分析研究 ERT“软场”特性的规律 .研究结果表明 ,离散相介质的存在对激励电极和测量电极附近区域灵敏场的影响比较大 ,对管道中心区域的影响则比较小 .同时离散相介质所在处灵敏度的绝对值、所占区域及电导率值与连续相介质的电导率的差值越大 ,对灵敏场分布的影响也越大 .本研究为克服“软场 "问题 ,提高图像重建质量提供了依据 .
The sensitive field of the electrical resistance tomography (ERT) sensor is affected by medium distribution. Such soft field characteristic is a key problem for its application to two phase flow parameter measurement. Based on sensitivity simulation analysis technique, the governing rule of the ERT field was studied on the basis of several factors that affect sensitive field distribution. It was found that the effect in the vicinity of the exciting and detecting electrodes was greater than that at the center of the pipe. The larger the absolute values of sensitivity in the locus of the disperse phase medium and the greater the difference of conductivity between the disperse phase and continuous phase medium, the greater the effect of the disperse phase medium on the sensitivity distribution. These results provide references for removal of the soft field and improving image reconstruction accuracy.
