摘要
为了解决矿浆管道输送过程中因管道堵塞而导致的一系列问题,采用经验总结法,重点从矿浆流速、质量浓度、级配以及固体颗粒在管壁沉积、结垢等方面对矿浆管道堵管的原因和机理进行了论述与剖析。结果表明,矿浆管道堵塞与流速、级配、质量浓度和颗粒沉积、结垢等参数密切相关,而且有时还是前面多种因素共同导致的。该研究结果对于矿浆管道堵塞的预防具有一定的参考价值。
Pipeline plugging is a kind of common accident which affects slurry pipeline transportation, and the causes of plugging are various. In the paper, the causes of pipeline plugging are fully analyzes, and then preventation measures for pipeline plugging are put forward.
